Zoe’s progression from an apprentice to a manager
Zoe Roberts joined the company as a Business Administration apprentice in 2013, working towards her Level 2 qualification at the Shoots Training Team office in Poole. She worked alongside their admin, Julie who supported and guided her through her course. A couple of months into Zoe’s apprenticeship, an opportunity arose for someone to cover the maternity leave of an administrative assistant’s role at Head Office so she applied and was successful.
Zoe then went onto her level 3 BA qualification and around the same time started to support the marketing department more and in 2015 was offered the role of Marketing Assistant. It is from this point where Zoe’s career really began to take off and she is now the Marketing Manager and works closely with the Sales & Marketing Director and Marketing Assistants to organise all aspect of the company’s marketing including social media, budgets, press releases, print/collateral, website, events and more.
Partnerships In Dorset
We have a number of partnerships with different companies at Shoots, one partnership that we are super excited about is with AFC Bournemouth Junior Cherries. The Aspire team is looking forward to a number of exciting advertising opportunities with AFC Bournemouth. So, keep an eye out for our adverts around Vitality Stadium!
We have also had great partnerships with QE Secondary School which has allowed us to share the vocational training and apprenticeship schemes that we offer with their students. We have also partnered up with SAFERjobs to protect our candidates against recruitment fraud, we’re ensuring our candidates are safe when applying to any of our job adverts.
