Weeks 1-10 onsite Manager Mentoring Session per week to put into practice learning from workshops (work placement) 30 hours (in Devon only this will be 50 hours)

Applicants over the age of 19
Learners aged 19+ who are working or volunteering in an early years related role with babies and children under 2 years. Learners must have the capability of accessing the curriculum via online workshops and drop in support sessions. To have the appropriate level of literacy to produce written assignments at Level 3. To have regular access to a computer which will allow you to access the on-line portfolio system. To be able to surf the internet, send and receive emails with attachments, complete written work using a computer (with Microsoft Word) and be generally IT literate.
• Level 3 EYE • L3 Team leader • L5 EYLP • It prepares you for increased responsibility and roles such as Senior Practitioner or Early Years Manager, either within your current setting or beyond. The award also supports progression onto further qualifications such as the Level 3 Early Years Educator (EYE), Level 3 Team Leader, and Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner (EYLP). Helping you grow into leadership and management positions within the Early Years sector.
