What You’ll Learn

  • 8 online taught workshops
  • 13 hours of 1-1 trainer support
  • 2 online group support sessions
  • Minimum 30 hours of manager mentoring sessions for structured workplace application
  • 10 weeks duration

7hrs 1-1 meetings with Trainer across the programme

Weeks 1-10 onsite Manager Mentoring Session per week to put into practice learning from workshops (work placement) 30 hours (in Devon only this will be 50 hours)
