Celebrating Sustainability at the FE Week & AELP Apprenticeship Awards Reception

Amy Alderson, Director of Aspire Operations, attended the FE Week & AELP Apprenticeship & Training Awards Parliamentary Reception, where we were thrilled to be shortlisted for the ATA Sustainability Award. The atmosphere was charged with excitement as industry leaders came together to celebrate not just apprenticeships and training, but the critical importance of sustainability in these sectors. With a focus on how apprenticeships can contribute to a more sustainable future, the event highlighted innovations that drive environmental, economic, and social sustainability.

Amy had the opportunity to listen to speeches from The Rt Hon Sir Lindsay Hoyle, Baroness Jacqui Smith, and sponsors Andrew Pakes MP and Damian Hinds MP, who emphasised the role of sustainability in shaping the future of apprenticeships. It was an impactful evening that reinforced the need for sustainable practices across all aspects of training and development.

What our future vision holds

This recognition fuels our passion to continue innovating and evolving. Ensuring that sustainability remains at the core of everything we do. It inspires us to reach even greater heights, creating lasting, positive change for our apprentices, communities, and the planet. We’re excited for what lies ahead and the new possibilities we can explore as we continue to lead the way toward a brighter, greener future.

A huge congratulations to our amazing team, learners, and everyone who has been part of this journey. Stay tuned as we move on to the next exciting steps!
